Fees

All the properties on our website are advertised with the price including agency fees. Notaire's fees are additional. There will be no increased costs to you.

We usually charge an hourly rate plus mileage for previewing properties on your behalf, which we are frequently able to deduct from any agency fees should you go on to purchase through us. All other services will be quoted on a one-off basis. We will always be transparent about any potential costs - we never mislead you and will always notify you in advance. We aim to keep your costs as low as possible.
